Paulo Uguma

Paulo Uguma is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Tech Manager at Neon since July 2022, after a seven-year tenure at Atos where roles included Head of AMS and Project Manager. At Atos, Paulo was responsible for end-to-end project management and team leadership, emphasizing high performance and career development. Paulo also held the position of Scrum Master, facilitating digital transformation and agile maturity for remote squads. Prior experience includes coordination of a mainframe team and process management at BSI Tecnologia, as well as extensive programming and quality assurance work with COBOL. Paulo holds a Bachelor of Technology in Systems Analysis and Development from Universidade Tecnologia Federal do Paraná and a certification in English Language Teaching from Legacy Education.
