Victor Garbes

Victor Garbes is an experienced professional in growth and performance management, currently serving as Growth & Performance Manager for Investments and Lead for Banking at Neon since April 2021. In this role, Victor is responsible for budget creation, goal definition, technical team roadmap prioritization, and leading growth initiatives with a focus on CRM campaigns and partnerships. Prior to this, Victor worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Monitor Deloitte from July 2017 to April 2021, managing teams and delivering strategy projects across various industries, including FMCG and pharmaceuticals.
