Aubrey Paton

Aubrey Paton has extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as Picture Editor for the Lifestyle, Travel, and Sunday Times magazine since September 1995. Paton has contributed as a weekly columnist and has reviewed books, CDs, and DVDs. Prior experience includes working at the Sunday Times Magazine in Johannesburg from September 2004 to September 2010, focusing on picture-heavy content, popular culture, and reviews. Earlier roles include Subject Specialist at Unisa, where specialised bibliographies were compiled for PhD candidates, and Librarian at Rhodes University, focusing on cataloging and classification. Paton holds a BA Hons Hip Lib, H Dip Journ, and Classics from Rhodes University and completed matriculation at the Diocesan School for Girls.
