Frederic Hanika

Frederic Hanika serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Hazelcast since May 2020 and at Timeseer.AI since January 2022, where the focus is on enhancing data quality in operations. Frederic is also an investor at Amper Technologies, Inc. and has invested in over 15 companies, specializing in B2B software with subscription models and AI elements since 2004. In addition, Frederic holds the position of SVP and Head of Corporate Development at Quest Software, overseeing M&A strategies, and previously held a similar role at Wind River. Frederic has been involved with Automation Hero, Inc. as a board member and investor since May 2019 and has mentored startups through Alchemist Accelerator and Desafía San Francisco. Frederic earned an MBA equivalent in Corporate Finance and International Business from University Lunenburg / Preston, UK, between 1996 and 2000.
