Monica Lavinia Popa

Monica Lavinia Popa has worked in various roles in the property management industry since 1998. Monica Lavinia began as a Leasing Consultant at Maxim Property Management-Prometheus in 1998, then moved to Essex Property Trust as an Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant in 1999. In 2012, Monica became an Intern at The Eric Drew Foundation, and then a Foundation Administrator in 2014. In 2002, they began working at Thompson Properties as a Property Manager, where they were solely responsible for all administrative duties necessary to operate the property, as well as hiring and managing support staff and contractors. In 2019, Monica took on the role of Property Director at Village Apartments, and most recently, in 2022, they became the Finance Manager at Timesheets.com.

Monica Lavinia Popa has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Science from San Jose State University, which they earned from 2009 to 2012. In 2018, they obtained their Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot from the U.S. Department of Transportation, FAA, in Unmanned Aircraft -General (UAG). Most recently in 2020, they obtained their Private Pilot-Airplane Exam from the U.S. Department of Transportation, FAA.
