Stefan Kastl currently serves as Manager People Development at TimeTac since January 2024, previously holding the positions of Head of HR, People & Organisational Development and Teamlead Human Resources and People Development. Prior to this role, Stefan worked at MAGNA STEYR from March 2014 to November 2023, where responsibilities included global management of talent management and cultural initiatives, as well as oversight of people development topics at the Graz plant and within the Fuel Systems Group. Additional experience includes a role as Teamlead People Development at the University of Graz from August 2010 to March 2014, and Human Resources Manager positions at Boxmark Leather GmbH and UNITO Versand & Dienstleistungs GmbH. Stefan Kastl holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Graz and a Matura in History from BG Leoben.
