Cal Crouch has over 30 years of work experience in various marketing roles. Cal began their career at J. Walter Thompson as a VP of Account Supervisor and then moved on to Waring & LaRosa Advertising as a VP of Management Supervisor. Cal then joined Chrysler Capital Corporation as a Director of Marketing, where they built and managed the marketing and corporate communications department. Cal later worked at Save the Children as a Senior Director of Sponsorship Marketing. Cal then spent several years at Philips Electronics, serving as Global Director of One-to-One Marketing, where they played a key role in designing and building direct-to-consumer marketing programs. Cal'smost recent role was at Timex, where they served as the Head of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, focusing on delivering a consistent consumer experience and driving online sales.

Cal Crouch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Political Science from Colby College from 1971 to 1975. Later, from 1976 to 1977, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from William & Mary.
