Dhiraj Maggo is an experienced legal and corporate affairs professional with a strong background in company secretarial practices. Since March 2016, Dhiraj has been serving as the Vice President - Legal HR Company Secretary at Timex Group, overseeing legal, HR, and compliance matters. Prior experience includes tenure as Company Secretary at Jindal Power Limited, where Dhiraj managed company secretarial and legal affairs and contributed to the company's IPO.
