John Leary

John Leary has a strong background in finance and accounting. John is currently working as the Director of Finance Transformation at Timex Group since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tronox as the Director of Consolidations from 2012 until September 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Chemtura Corporation, including Director of Accounting from 2006 to 2012, and Manager - Cost Accounting from 1999 to 2006, where they led the manufacturing accounting and analysis function and implemented SAP.

John Leary attended the University of Connecticut from 1985 to 1986, where they studied Liberal Arts. John then went on to earn a BS in Management & Marketing from Post University from 1987 to 1989. From 1989 to 1991, they pursued a Master of Science in Professional Accounting (MSPA) at the University of Hartford. Lastly, from 2006 to 2015, they attended Columbia Business School, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
