Svetlana Semerdzhieva has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Svetlana currently works at TIMIFY as a CRM specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Sutherland as a customer support representative for Amazone.de. Before that, they worked at m+w Medianetworks as a team manager and ladder. Svetlana also worked at TERDEX as a marketing manager. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Lidl Bulgaria EOOD & Co. KD as an assistant to the managing director and PR manager, at Bulgarlift as a filialleiter, at Westfälische Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie as a social worker, and at Lebenshilfe Düsseldorf e.V. as a student support for people with intellectual disabilities. Svetlana Semerdzhieva started their education in 1991 at the English Language School "Plovdiv". Svetlana attended this school until 1996, focusing on German language studies. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching, with a focus on Speech Therapy, from Paissiy-Hilendarski University in Plovdiv, from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at FH Münster.
