Cristóbal Cárcamo Bernt has a diverse work experience in the mining and engineering industry.

Cristóbal began their career in 2015 as a Geomechanics Consultant at the Advanced Mining Technology Center, where they provided expertise and advice on geomechanics-related issues.

In 2016, they joined Piteau Associates Engineering as a Geotechnical Engineer, where they worked until 2017.

In 2018, they joined RockBlast Design Spa as a Project Manager, where they managed technological projects utilizing autonomous drones and geotechnical sensors. Cristóbal also developed new methodologies for assessing the impact of blasting on communities, buildings, and glaciers, as well as conducted environmental impact studies.

In 2019, Cristóbal joined TIMining as a Product Consultant Engineer. In this role, they trained individuals and demonstrated the value of TIMining products through use cases. Cristóbal also executed internal projects to enhance the value of products under development. Cristóbal later transitioned to the role of Project Manager at TIMining, where they managed different divisions of the company and collaborated closely with customers and their teams to implement technological solutions.

Cristóbal Cárcamo Bernt holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Project Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2019 to 2020. Cristóbal'sundergraduate education includes an Engineer's degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad de Chile, earned between 2008 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Cristóbal obtained certifications in "The Data Science Course 2019: Complete Data Science Bootcamp" from Udemy in September 2019, and "The Iterative Innovation Process" from Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX in May 2019.
