David Kinney

David is past executive director for Balboa Park Central, and actively involved in Balboa Park. He is the chair for Balboa Park Committee, vice-chair for San Diego Park and Recreation Board; a member of the Balboa Park Conservancy, and treasurer and on the steering committee for Society for American Baseball Research.
