Andy Weyand has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2006, they started their career at Indiana State University's Residential Life Office, where they held roles such as Career Advisor, University Apartments Director, and Area Director. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Program Coordinator at the University of Maryland's Office of Extended Studies. In 2010, they joined Kent State University's Residence Services as an Assistant Director. At Walsh University's Career Center, they served as the Assistant Director of Career Services from 2013 to 2015 and later became the Director of Career Services from 2015 to 2018. They then transitioned to Kent State University and worked as the Associate Director of Career Services for the College of Business Administration from 2018 to 2020, before taking on the role of Director of Career Services for the Ambassador Crawford College of Business & Entrepreneurship from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, they have been employed as the Education Designer at FedEx Custom Critical since September 2022. In July 2023, they will begin a new role as the Training Lead at TimkenSteel Corporation.

Andy Weyand holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Indiana State University.
