Brian Welch, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the field of transportation engineering. Brian began their career as a Transportation Intern at the Virginia Department of Transportation from June 2011 to May 2012. Currently, Brian is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at North Carolina State University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
