Alicia Pottorff

Alicia Pottorff, CPIM, currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain at Timpte, Inc., where responsibilities include designing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize value, quality, delivery, and total cost. Previously, Alicia held various roles at Mapes Industries, Inc., culminating as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain, where operational processes were enhanced under a continuous improvement framework. Notable achievements include developing a formal purchasing and supply chain team and creating a procurement strategy that significantly reduced customer lead times. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Quality Resource Group, managing relationships and orders for promotional materials. Education was completed at Southeast Community College.
