Mouna Ben Jemaa

Mouna Ben Jemaa is a seasoned professional with expertise in Business Intelligence, ERP, and Retail consulting. Currently serving as a BI/ERP/Retail Consultant at Timsoft Group since October 2021, Mouna has previously worked at Gfi Tunisie, where responsibilities included the implementation of the SAGE X3 ERP module for a distribution company and the integration of a BI solution using Power BI. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Consultant for CRM at HLi Tunisie, focusing on creating a 360-degree view for the banking sector using Microsoft Dynamics 365, and as a Developer at the Centre National de l'Informatique, where Mouna developed a training management application.
