With a vast experience in banking, Diogo was until 2001 deeply involved in the strategic development of leading Portuguese banks, working closely with renowned bankers and distinguished business consultants in major transformational projects, including restructuring (commercial, IT, etc.), innovation (i.e. phone as banking channel), internationalisation and M&A. In 2002, Diogo co‑founded TIMWETECH and became CEO. Recognised as a successful entrepreneur, Diogo was named one of the 50 Mobile Entertainment global leaders in 2009 and won the INSEAD Entrepreneurship Award 2009/2010. Diogo has an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, the leading business school in Portugal.
