Mark Owen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Quantitative Finance at Tindeco Financial Services AG since November 2017. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of Product Research and Development at Moody's Analytics, focusing on quantitative scenario generation within a multi-economy framework. Mark's expertise includes implementing advanced financial models and conducting research in financial mathematics, with prior roles as a Quantitative Analyst at NatWest Group and a Lecturer at Heriot-Watt University. Mark has also contributed to research at prestigious institutions such as Vienna University of Technology and the Erwin Schrödinger International Institute for Mathematical Physics. Academically, Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, a Graduate Certificate in Economics from the University of Vienna, and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of London.
