Tindley Accelerated Schools
Kacie Schrader is an experienced educator with a diverse teaching background in language arts and Fashion & Textiles. Currently, Kacie teaches in the FACS department at a public high school and serves as an English instructor at The Excel Center- University Heights. Additional roles include teaching 7th grade ELA at Tindley Accelerated Schools and previously instructing 8th grade language arts and 9th-10th grade language arts at various institutions. Kacie's teaching career began in 2003 at Lincoln High School, where responsibilities included AP Literature and department leadership. Educated at Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University East, Kacie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a teacher certification in Secondary Education.

Tindley Accelerated Schools is an open enrollment public charter school network, serving grades K‐12. Our scholars traditionally work one grade level ahead so that they are ready to take all authentic college courses beginning their junior year. Since opening our doors in 2004, 100% of Tindley graduates have been accepted to a select college or university.
