Ellen Sivertsen Broholm

Ellen Sivertsen Broholm has extensive experience in the food and supply chain industry, currently serving as Driftsdirektør at TINE SA since May 2008, with a strong focus on national raw material planning and production processes. Ellen has held several key positions within TINE, including Deputy to VP Operations for the Supply Chain and Change Leader for Advanced Planning and Scheduling. Prior roles include leading the Raw Material Management department and Grossistdistribusjon logistics. Before joining TINE, Ellen worked as an engineer at Chiron AS and was involved in project management at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Ellen holds two master's degrees, one in Project Management and another in Food Science and Technology, both from reputable Norwegian universities.
