Liam Keenan

Liam Keenan has a diverse work experience. Liam is currently the Head of Commercial Operations at Tines, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Voluntary Service International starting from October 2019 to September 2022.

Before their current roles, Liam worked at Dropbox, where they served as the Head of Sales Strategy. Liam was responsible for EMEA, APAC, and Channel from October 2020 to April 2021, and for EMEA from October 2018 to September 2020.

Liam also held the position of Head of Online at Ding.com, a major global mobile top-up provider, from September 2017 to September 2018. Liam led a team of over 40 people and had full P&L ownership for the business.

Prior to Ding.com, Liam worked at Deliveroo as the General Manager for Ireland from January 2017 to September 2017. Liam was responsible for sales, account management, marketing, strategy, and operations, leading the market growth by over 2x. Liam also served as the Regional Manager for the Midlands from January 2016 to January 2017, where they achieved a market growth of over 3x.

Liam began their career at Google in 2009, where they held multiple roles. Liam was the Strategy & Analytics Lead for eCommerce & Apps in South East Asia from January 2015 to December 2015. Before that, they served as a Sales Strategy & Operations Project Manager for APAC from April 2012 to January 2015. Liam also worked as a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst for EMEA from February 2011 to March 2012, and as an Account Associate for UK & Ireland Adwords from July 2009 to February 2011.

In addition, Liam had an internship at Google as an Online Sales and Operations Intern from June 2008 to August 2008.

Liam Keenan has a B.A. & M.A. in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin, with a focus on Information Technology. Additionally, they have completed an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching from ILI.
