Ross Rader has extensive work experience in the internet and technology industry. 🇨🇦 Ross is currently the Chief Customer Officer & EVP, Information Systems at Ting Internet since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tucows Inc. for over two decades, holding various roles including Chief Customer Officer, Vice President of Customer Experience, General Manager of Hover, Director of Retail Services, Director of Research & Innovation, and Director of the Assigned Names Division. 🇨🇦 Ross also had roles at CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) as the Chair of the Policy Development Committee and as a Director, and at UMCA (Ultra Marathon Cycling Association) as a member of the Board Elections Committee. In addition, they served on ICANN's (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) Board Nominating Committee as the ALAC (At-Large Advisory Committee) Representative, and as a Councillor in the GNSO (Generic Names Supporting Organization) Registrar Constituency. 🇨🇦 Ross began their career at Internet Direct, where they held positions as Director of Marketing and General Manager.
