Clau Santos has a range of experience in various roles and industries. Clau started their career in 2004 as an Advance Manufacturing Engineer at Lear Corporation and then moved on to become a Launch Manager at the same company. In 2007, they joined SAS Automotive as a Maintenance Head and later transitioned to become the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Collis de Mexico in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, Clau worked as a Maintenance & Facilities Manager at SRG Global Mexico. Currently, they are employed as the Plant Manager at Tingley Rubber Corporation since 2016.
Clau Santos obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electro mechanical from the Instituto Tecnologico de Leon. This degree was earned between 1992 and 1997. Additionally, Santos pursued a Master's degree in Quality Engineering management from Universidad La Salle, A.C. and completed the program between 2007 and 2010.
