Steven Smith has a strong background in product development and management. Steven began their career in 1990 at SG Footwear Co. as a Product Linebuilder, where they worked for 14 years. In 2004, they joined McCubbin Hosiery as the Manager of the Slipper Division. Steven then moved on to Tingley Rubber Company in 2008, where they held the position of Product Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing materials and managing development initiatives with suppliers. Steven also led cross-functional product teams and oversaw the design, planning, and commercialization of new products. Additionally, they worked with Quality Assurance to ensure product reliability through external lab tests and field wear tests.
Steven Smith attended West Virginia University from 1977 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
