William Onorato has a strong background in logistics and operations management. William started their career as an Operations Supervisor at jcpenney, where they successfully supervised over 100 team members and ensured the efficient processing of merchandise. William then joined Staples as an Operations Supervisor and later became the Sr. Regional Operations Analyst, responsible for analyzing metrics and trends in fulfillment centers. William also worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and completed multiple projects, resulting in significant operational savings. Afterwards, they joined L'Oréal as an Operations Manager, where they improved case pick productivity and streamlined the end of line sortation process. Currently, they are the Logistics Manager at Tingley Rubber Corporation, accountable for warehousing and outbound transportation performance, as well as negotiating agreements and contracts with carriers to decrease freight spend.
William Onorato completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University, State, from 1997 to 2001. In 2019 to 2021, they participated in MITx Courses and obtained a MITx MicroMasters Program Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In addition to their education, they have also received certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Staples in October 2014 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Staples Inc. in February 2009.
