Igor Szymańczyk is a technology leader and staff engineer with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently, Igor works as a Senior Java Software Engineer at Tink. Previously, they served as a Java Developer and Team Leader at BigPicture from 2019 to 2022 and held the position of Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to 2018. Igor also gained early experience as an intern at Accenture in 2015 and participated as a member of the Board of European Students of Technology from 2014 to 2017.
