María del Carmen Zambrano

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various fields, including nutrition, compliance, and business management. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a university lecturer at a labor training school, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
