Marleen Kappert

Marleen Kappert has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Marleen currently serves as the Head of People Experience at Tinka, a dynamic Fintech scale-up, where they are responsible for developing the company's people function and company culture. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Advisor on Human Resources and Organization at Deltion College. Marleen also held HR Business Partner positions at Wehkamp, Prénatal Moeder en Kind B.V., DHL Supply Chain, and La Place restaurants, where they were responsible for various HR projects, advising senior leaders, supporting line managers, and conducting training programs. Their experience also includes working as an HR Advisor at V&D.

Marleen Kappert's education history includes their studies at three different institutions. Marleen attended Thorbecke Scholen Gemeenschap from 1990 to 1996, where they pursued the field of study in Atheneum. Later, from 1998 to 2002, they enrolled at Windesheim and focused on Personeel & Organisatie. Currently, from 2019 to 2025, Marleen is pursuing their studies in Rechten at Open Universiteit.
