Cindy Flanigan

Cindy Jamison, SHRM-SCP is currently serving as the EVP, Chief People Officer at Tinker Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, Cindy held positions such as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Bank of Commerce Duncan, OK, and Market President at Arvest Bank. Cindy has a background in human resources management and market strategy, with a strong focus on driving revenue generation and leading HR initiatives. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and completed the Graduate Banking Program at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
