Masa Jow

Masa Jow has over 25 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. In 1995, they began their career as an Application Integrator at IBM. Masa then worked as a Mammoth Tank Fodder at CitySearch in 1996, a Software Engineering Consultant at Technocage, LLC in 1997, a Senior Software Architect at GeoCities in 1998, and a Technical Yahoo! at Yahoo, Inc. from 1999 to 2005. During their time at Yahoo, they integrated the integration into Yahoo, worked on Yahoo Clubs, Invites, Photos, and others, and migrated the eGroups product into Yahoo Groups. From 2005 to 2013, Masa worked as a Software Engineer at Pixar Animation Studio, where they worked on 3-D Animation computer software and added several features to the product. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Senior Consultant at Futomen Networks, where they consulted for various clients and developed in-house libraries in Objective-C and Python. Masa then moved to MODE, Inc. in 2019, where they worked as a Software Engineer. Most recently, they have been the Director of Software at Piper, Inc. since 2019.

Masa Jow completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis in 1994, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the same university.
