Elyse Moser has had a varied career in the education sector. Elyse began working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Florida in 2009. Elyse then moved on to become a VPK Lead Teacher at the Jacksonville Jewish Center Preschool and Tiger Academy Charter in 2010 and 2011 respectively. In 2014, they took on the role of Teacher, K & 1 at Joyce Bullock Elementary, and in 2015 they provided Social Media Support. In 2018, they became a First Grade Teacher at Gainesville Country Day School. In 2020, they held two roles, a Teacher at Huntington Learning Center and a Community Leader at Tinkergarten. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Teacher at the School Board of Alachua County.

Elyse Moser has a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of North Florida in Elementary Education Literacy, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Elyse also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of North Florida in Elementary Education, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Elyse Moser's educational background also includes Pope John Paul II high school.
