Lisa Gerber has been employed in various roles since 1996. Lisa began their career as an Infant/Toddler Teacher for Lotus Development Childcare Services in 1996. Lisa then moved to Resources for Infant Educares in 1998, where they served as an RIE Associate, Parent/infant Guidance Class Facilitator, and Office Manager. In 2003, they became an Infant/Toddler Center Site Supervisor for Cottage Health System Children's Services. From 2006 to 2017, they were employed as a Nanny in the private sector. During this time, they also worked as a Leader for Tinkergarten and an Associate Professor for Cabrillo College, both beginning in 2017.
Lisa Gerber obtained a Certificate Program from Resources For Infant Educarers (RIE) in Infant/Toddler Development Care, Parent Education from 1998 to 2000. Lisa also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Lesley University in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, obtained in 1993. Additionally, they are a RIE Associate.
