Jennifer Roberts

Jennifer Roberts is Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the group’s finance operations including controlling and accounting, overseeing all tax matters, as well as managing internal controls and IT operations.

In addition to her role as CFO she leads the group’s acquisition processes, including due diligence, financing and tax structuring, and overseeing the implementation of post-acquisition synergies.

Jennifer joined Tinopolis in 2005 and is based in the London office. She has a strong track record in operational finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to joining Tinopolis.
