Hanan Ather

Hanan Ather has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as a People Operations Specialist at Tintash since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Siddiq Renewable Energy from October 2019 to October 2022. In this role, they led and mentored a team of 15 members, achieving monthly sales targets and managing smooth operations through effective communication and the use of various sales and management tools. Hanan also played a key role in hiring and coaching the sales team while developing the roadmap for city expansions. Under their leadership, the company experienced a remarkable 300% growth in revenue during the fiscal year 2021-2022. Before this, they held the position of Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing at Siddiq Renewable Energy - Siddiq Shafi Group from July 2018 to October 2019. Hanan's career began as a Sales and Marketing Officer at Siddiq Shafi Group from July 2017 to July 2018. Before entering the corporate world, they gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Amal Academy in June 2016 to August 2016.

Hanan Ather completed their Matriculation degree from Crescent Model Higher Secondary School from 1999 to 2009. Hanan then pursued an Intermediate degree from Government College University (GCU), Lahore between 2009 and 2011. Finally, Hanan attended Lahore University of Management Sciences from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Sciences.
