Rabiya Rasheed

Rabiya Rasheed is a professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition and as a People Operations Generalist at Tintash since May 2021, Rabiya has gained valuable experience in talent management. Previous roles include internships in marketing and operations at Winstore.pk, operations at FNEL Trade, and research assistance at the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS), where involvement in the TEACH project highlighted challenges in inclusive education. Rabiya began their career with an internship focused on marketing and human resources at Desklers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Mathematics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, completed in May 2021.
