Elizabeth Kostowski

Elizabeth Kostowski has worked in various roles since 2015. Elizabeth began as an Operational Services employee at Metro South Health in 2015, then moved on to become a Consultant at Hays IT and Hays Marketing in 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Account Manager at Talent, and in 2020 they became a Sessional Academic at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Elizabeth also held two People & Culture Manager roles at Tiny, one as a contract and one as a full-time employee. Currently, Elizabeth is a People and Culture Manager at Outfit.io.

Elizabeth Kostowski has an extensive education history. Elizabeth completed their Masters of Business in Human Resource Management (with Distinction) at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2016-2020. In 2019, they completed Change Management and Project Management Fundamentals at the Australian Institute of Management. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology (with Distinction) from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2013-2015. Elizabeth also holds a Team Management Profile (TMP) certification from Team Management Systems, which they obtained in February of 2022.
