Mark Peng is an experienced technical leader currently working in Engineering at Tiny Fish since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mark spent over eleven years at Meta, where contributions included foundational work on the modern Facebook Android system and UI infrastructure, as well as the invention of platforms such as the Android News Feed and Keyframes. Additionally, Mark served as a Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Staff Software Engineer, leading various core product teams and technical programs, and gained recognition as a speaker at F8. Early career experiences included software development internships at Amazon.com and Facebook, along with a research assistant position in polymer science. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
