Tiny Fork develops creative education tools, products, and learning experiences that help children and families build lifelong skills, confidence, and positive relationships with food.

We focus on early childhood because the foundations of health, habits, and food culture are formed early in life.

Through playful learning, practical experiences, and accessible resources, Tiny Fork translates evidence-based nutrition knowledge into tools that children and families can engage with in everyday life.

Rather than focusing only on information, Tiny Fork focuses on learning through play, participation, and shared food experiences.

Our work supports families to develop food confidence in ways that are realistic, joyful, and embedded in everyday routines.

Tiny Fork delivers its impact through three connected pillars.

Products
We create educational resources, games, and digital tools that make nutrition learning accessible, playful, and scalable for families and educators.

Experiences
We deliver workshops, cooking classes, holiday programs, and pop-up activations that build real-world food skills and confidence.

Community building
We host events that connect people through positive food experiences, creating supportive social environments around eating and learning. This includes initiatives such as the Ballarat Mums Supper Club.

Tiny Fork works across health, education, community, and creative sectors, collaborating with schools, councils, organisations, and communities to build healthier food futures.
