At Tiny House Factory, we construct homes exclusively from natural materials, promoting an eco-conscious lifestyle for a more sustainable future. We recognize the impact our choices have on the environment and embrace our responsibility to nurture a harmonious relationship with nature. Our homes offer 21st-century comforts while ensuring an environmentally responsible choice for our customers.

Our mission is to minimize waste and substantially reduce the use of plastic and synthetic materials during construction, as recycling or disposing of these materials can be costly and challenging. We employ time-tested, nature-inspired techniques, combined with modern material standards and compact design, ensuring low-cost and hassle-free maintenance for the future.

Tiny House Factory homes are constructed primarily from wood and its derivatives, such as CE wood for the main structure, cellulose insulation for thermal efficiency, and wood fiber for insulation and interior microclimate regulation. The exterior of our homes features a ventilated facade, with finishing options that include wood, metal, and fiber cement board siding. We are always open to incorporating innovative, eco-friendly materials.

The interior finishes are made from wood, fiber cement board, and clay, available in a variety of natural hues that don't require additional painting. These materials offer exceptional humidity control, heat retention and release, and are dust- and odor-resistant. By choosing our homes, you help reduce your environmental footprint and contribute to a greener future for generations to come.

Embrace green living for a healthier planet and a brighter tomorrow!
