Mitzy “Kat” U. has extensive work experience, beginning with their role as an Assistant Manager - Retail at TokyoPop in 2000. Mitzy “Kat” then moved to DVD Planet (Image) in 2001, where they worked as a Customer Service representative. In 2007, they began working as a Senior Support Specialist - Customer Service at IGN Entertainment, where they also co-managed other properties' support. In 2011, they joined GameFly as a Lead Technical Specialist - GameFly Tech Team, where they provided technical support for PC and Mac gaming. In 2013, they attended Saddleback College as a student. In 2014, they worked as a Lead Technical Specialist at AtGames Digital Media. In 2020, they joined Lone Wolf Technologies as a Senior Support Specialist, and in 2021, they began working as a Senior Product Support Specialist - TINYpulse at TINYpulse by Limeade.
