Tactical Information Outreach Project (TIO-P) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to advancing the well-being, advocacy, and legacy of U.S. Navy Tactical Information Operations (TIO) service members, veterans, and families.

We build enduring support through focused benevolence programs, informed advocacy, and a united community that honors the technical excellence and strategic impact of TIO practitioners across Special Operations Forces.

TIO-P exists to ensure every TIO operator is recognized, connected, and supported — from active duty to civilian life — and that their contributions to national security are preserved and elevated for future generations.

We partner with veteran organizations, industry leaders, and community stakeholders to expand access to resources, opportunities, and lifelong peer networks.
