Will Johnston

Will Johnston started their work experience as a Research Analyst at Culverhouse Investment Management Group from August 2011 to December 2012. Will then joined Protective Life in May 2013 as an Actuarial Intern and worked in various roles within the company, including Actuarial Assistant, Associate Actuary, AVP & Actuary, and 2VP Investments. Their responsibilities included economic scenario generation, asset data maintenance, annuity pricing and product development, risk management, and actuarial modeling. In May 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Tios Capital, LLC.

Will Johnston obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance, General from The University of Alabama, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees in Finance and Mathematics from the same university, between 2011 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications, including being a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and holding the designation of Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst, all obtained between 2016 and 2018.
