Ajay Kasturirangan

Ajay Kasturirangan is currently a Research and Development Analyst at TIP Strategies, where responsibilities include developing a framework for geospatial transit equity measurement and implementing a secure Retrieval Augmented Generation system. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Course Assistant at NYU Center for Urban Science + Progress, where mentorship was provided on various data science topics. Ajay also worked as a Senior Developer - Data Analyst at ICICI Lombard, focusing on data extraction and transformation processes for a major insurance company. Earlier experience involved a research internship at Perma-Liner Industries, LLC., where project work included designing an inspection robot and electrical hardware. Ajay holds a Master of Science in Urban Data Science from New York University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
