Jenn Todd - Goynes

Jenn Todd - Goynes is a Senior Consultant at TIP Strategies. Jenn has over 10 years of experience in the field of urban and transportation planning. Prior to joining TIP, Jenn was a Principal Planner with the City of Austin, where they led the city's land development code overhaul and managed other neighborhood or corridor-scale projects. Jenn has also worked as a Program Analyst with the DC government and an Economic Development Associate with the International Economic Development Council. Jenn began their career as an intern with Frameworks Community Development Corporation and later served as a Research Assistant with the University of Texas at Austin. Jenn holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from The University of Texas at Austin.
