Belinda Edwards

Belinda Edwards is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in human resources, people and culture consulting, and strategic management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Tip Top Ice Cream since February 2022, Belinda previously worked as a People and Culture Consultant at Lotto New Zealand and held various HR roles at Morphum Environmental, AUT University, and Rothbury Insurance Brokers. Belinda's background includes developing HR policies, providing expert advice on employment relations, managing recruitment processes, and conducting performance reviews. Belinda holds a Master of Professional Business Studies with Distinction from AUT University and a Bachelor of Management Studies with First Class Honours from the University of Waikato.
