Mike Buford

Mike Buford has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Vice President of Procurement and Strategic Development and previously as Vice President of Further Processed Products and Director of Product and Process Development at Tip Top Poultry, Inc. since August 2010. Prior to this role, Mike held a position in International Product Development at General Mills from May 2003 to August 2010, focusing on food product development for international brands. Mike holds a Master of Science in Meat Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Kansas State University.
