Eeske Hanrath

Eeske Hanrath has a diverse work experience in various HR positions. Eeske started their career as an Intercedent/Recruitment Consultant at Vedior Professional Services, where they were responsible for recruitment and internal transfers of ABN AMRO employees. Eeske then worked as an HR Representative at KLM Cityhopper, assisting with operational and administrative HR activities for Ground Services personnel. Hanrath then joined General Electric as an HR Representative, handling HR-related operational and administrative tasks for the headquarters and TIP Benelux. Eeske later became an HR Manager at GE Capital, overseeing strategic and operational HR activities for the European head office. Hanrath also served as an HR Director at GE Capital Solutions Benelux and TIP Trailer Services, managing HR functions and acting as a business partner for senior leadership teams. Eeske then took on the role of European HR Organization & Staffing Director at GE, focusing on due diligence and integration planning during the company's sale to HNA. Currently, Hanrath is the VP Organization & Talent Development at TIP Trailer Services, responsible for designing and leading talent development strategies.

Eeske Hanrath earned a Bachelor's Degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 1993 and 1997. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1991, Hanrath attended Katholieke Scholengemeenschap De Breul, where they completed their high school education with a focus on VWO.
