Wout Wenselaar

Wout Wenselaar has had a diverse work experience in the HR field. Wout currently holds the position of HR Director Benelux at TIP Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Air Liquide as a Senior HR Business Partner Benelux from 2018 to 2022. Before that, Wout had a long tenure at VTTI B.V., where they held various roles including HR Manager, HR Manager VTTI Netherlands, and HR Manager Eurotank Amsterdam / HR Consultant. At Vopak, Wout worked as an Operational Efficiency Improvement Consultant and an HR Officer. Wout also gained experience as a Management Trainee HR at Vopak. Throughout their career, Wout has been involved in international projects, M&A initiatives, and implementing HR standards and policies.

Wout Wenselaar has a Bachelor's degree in HRM & Organization Development from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, which was earned from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Wout has a Master's degree in Bedrijfskunde from Nyenrode Business University, obtained in 2005-2006.
