Christopher Becker

Christopher Becker has a diverse work experience in instructional design and sales training. Christopher is currently working as an Instructional Designer at Tipalti since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Sr Training Manager and Instructional Designer at Worldpay from July 2016 to March 2021. At Worldpay, they focused on developing website UI, eLearning, quick reference guides, evaluation, and metrics reporting for the Integrated Payments sales and partner sales force.

Before joining Worldpay, Christopher worked at Equinix as a Sr Manager of Global Sales Enablement from September 2010 to March 2016. At Equinix, they created, managed, and maintained a comprehensive global sales onboarding program, consulted with sales leadership on training needs, and evaluated e-learning development tools and vendor content.

Earlier in their career, Christopher worked at Level 3 Communications as a Sr Sales Learning Consultant from July 1998 to September 2010. Christopher'srole involved supporting the learning needs of the Sales department, contributing to the organization's growth and success.

Christopher Becker attended the Colorado Institute of Art from 1984 to 1986. Christopher obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Occupational Studies during this time. In 2021, they also received the Certification for Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute).
