With over 20 years of payments industry and management consulting experience, he leads the team that cultivates and improves the total lifecycle supplier experience from initial onboarding through payments, value-added services, and helps ensure our customers create strategic value through supplier engagement. Prior to [Tipalti](/org/tipalti), he was the Principal and Founder of Inergi Advisors, where he provided strategic consulting, financial advisory, and investment banking services to emerging technology companies in the financial services sector. He led multiple, growth-oriented clients through full-scale strategic assessments and acquisition explorations. Before Inergi, he was the Chief Transformation Officer at Worldpay US and was responsible for delivering and embedding transformational change as well as overall divisional performance, strategy, and M&A. Todd was also Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy at First Data, and he’s held various corporate development, strategy, product and consulting roles at [Intuit](/org/intuit), [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company), and Global Concepts.

A developer through and through, Ori has been coding since age nine. Prior to Tipalti, he was with the Israel Defense Forces for nearly six years. He began as a software engineer, was promoted to Technical Lead, and eventually became the Head of R&D as an engineering group manager. He joined Tipalti in 2013 as a software developer and has since emerged with increasing responsibilities as team lead, Director of R&D, Vice President of Engineering, and now Senior Vice President of Engineering reporting to the CEO. Ori holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Manish Vrishaketu as Chief Operating Officer, brings over 18 years of extensive payments and fintech experience to the company. Vrishaketu is responsible for establishing and maintaining key banking and payment partnerships, while leading [Tipalti](/org/tipalti)’s global customer success, client onboarding, payment operations and support organizations. Most recently, Vrishaketu served as President of Americas at GoSwiff, a leader in mobile payments in emerging markets and prior to that, he was VP of Business Development and Product Strategy at [Fiserv](/org/fiserv) (Nasdaq: FISV) leading new market expansion initiatives in business to consumer (B2C) disbursements, bill payment and other electronic payment categories. Before [Fiserv](/org/fiserv), Vrishaketu served as General Manager of CashEdge, a consumer and business payments technology provider to banks, where he introduced leading consumer applications to money movement and risk management and led their India division. During his tenure, the company grew its revenue tenfold, processing over $50B in payment volume annually, before it was acquired by [Fiserv](/org/fiserv).
